By downloading, installing, or using Monitarr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Monitarr is a mobile application that provides a unified interface for managing self-hosted services including Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr, Overseerr, Jellyseerr, SABnzbd, qBittorrent, Docker, and Portainer. The app functions as a client that connects to services you own or have authorization to access.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Monitarr, you are responsible for:

• Having proper authorization to access any services you connect to through the app
• Maintaining the security of your credentials and server configurations
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding content access and management
• Maintaining the security of your own servers and services

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Monitarr to:

• Access servers or services without proper authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or engage in malicious activities

User Accounts

Account creation is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Guest mode is available with limited functionality for users who prefer not to create an account.

Intellectual Property

Monitarr and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Monitarr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Services

Monitarr integrates with various third-party services that have their own terms and conditions. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. Monitarr is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Monitarr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Monitarr or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Monitarr and its developers from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of these terms. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
